The stars vanish. The gods disappear. You are Andake’s only hope.

THE SECOND STRANGER begins with the Cataclysm: a world-rending event that vanishes the gods, plunges Andake into darkness, and spawns snarling monsters. Amidst the terror, four Paragons rise as divine heroes chosen by destiny to save the realm through sacrifice. Joining them are four Keepers: everyday heroes who forge their own fates.

Over the course of eight Arcs, our PCs struggle between fate and self-determination, constantly striving for a better future, no matter how dark the world gets. THE SECOND STRANGER shows that in the face of grief and despair, all of us have a choice to give up—or keep fighting for the people we love and the places we call home.
